Looks Clothing – A Kailash Enterprises Initiative is a retail store. We procure products from authorized distributors, wholesalers, and manufacturers and sell them to customers in their original condition. We do not manufacture any of the branded products available in our store.
All trademarks, brand names, logos, and product images belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification and promotional purposes. Product specifications, packaging, and designs may change from time to time as determined by the respective brands.
While we strive to provide genuine products and accurate information, Looks Clothing shall not be held responsible for any manufacturing defects, product recalls, or changes made by the original manufacturers. Any warranty or guarantee applicable to a product shall be governed by the respective brand's policies.
By purchasing from Looks Clothing - A Kailash Enterprises initiative, customers acknowledge that we act solely as a retailer and that all products are sold subject to the terms, conditions, and warranties provided by their respective manufacturers.
Our seasonal offers, discounts, and promotional schemes on any product or category are valid only until the specified expiry date or while stocks last, whichever is earlier. Looks Clothing reserves the right to modify, extend, or discontinue any offer without prior notice.
Product images displayed on our website, social media platforms, advertisements, and promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only. The actual product may vary in color, design, size, pattern, or packaging due to manufacturer updates, screen settings, or photography conditions.
Returns and exchanges will be accepted only in accordance with the applicable store return and exchange policy. Customers must present a valid purchase invoice or receipt at the time of requesting a return or exchange. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by all original tags, packaging, and accessories, where applicable.

For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, baby care, feeding, diapering, skincare, and other hygiene-related products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once opened, used, damaged, or if the original packaging seal has been broken.
Looks Clothing shall not be held liable for any delays, losses, or failures in delivery caused by courier partners, transportation issues, natural disasters, government actions, strikes, technical failures, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising from the purchase of products or use of services provided by Looks Clothing shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh, India. By placing an order, customers confirm that all information provided by them is accurate, complete, and up to date. Looks Clothing shall not be responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the customer.
Participation in the Looks Clothing entrepreneurship Journey to Founders Club is voluntary and subject to these Terms & Conditions.
Customers earn points through eligible purchases, referrals, and promotional activities as determined by Looks Clothing.
Reward Conversion Rate:
0.25 Points = ₹1
1,000 Points = ₹200 Cash Redemptio

You spend ₹4,000 at Looks Clothing.
₹4,000 × 0.25 Points = 1,000 Points
🎁 1,000 Points = ₹200 Reward Voucher
That's an effective 5% cashback on your purchase.
Example 2: Referral Commission
You refer a friend.
Your friend shops for ₹10,000.
You can earn up to:
💰 5% of ₹10,000 = ₹500 Commission
The more your network shops, the more you earn.
Points are awarded only after successful order delivery and completion of the applicable return/refund period.
Cancelled, returned, refunded, disputed, fraudulent, or ineligible orders will not earn points. Any points already credited may be reversed.
Referral rewards are granted only for genuine and verified purchases made by referred customers.
Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fake referrals, misuse of coupons, fraudulent transactions, or any attempt to manipulate the program may result in disqualification, forfeiture of rewards, and account suspension.
Points are non-transferable and cannot be sold, gifted, exchanged, or combined between accounts.
Cash rewards and bonuses will be processed according to the payout schedule determined by Looks Clothing.
VIP Tier benefits are subject to availability and may vary from time to time.
Reaching 50,000 Points does not automatically grant membership to the Founders Circle. Founders Circle membership is strictly by invitation only and at the sole discretion of Looks Clothing.
Founders Circle membership may be reviewed, suspended, or revoked if a member violates program policies or acts against the interests and values of Looks Clothing.
Looks Clothing reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace any part of the Rewards Club, including point values, tier benefits, bonuses, redemption rates, and eligibility requirements, at any time without prior notice.
All decisions made by Looks Clothing regarding point calculations, referrals, rewards, tier eligibility, bonuses, and Founders Circle membership shall be final and binding.

Founders Circle is the highest recognition within the Looks Clothing Parenting Rewards Club.
Members become eligible after earning 50,000+ Points; however, membership is granted strictly by invitation only.
Invitations are extended to members who consistently demonstrate exceptional contribution, integrity, positive community engagement, high-quality referrals, and alignment with the values of Looks Clothing.
To preserve the exclusivity and value of this recognition, Looks Clothing may limit Founders Circle membership to a select number of members at any given time. Membership slots are limited and invitations are issued solely at the discretion of Looks Clothing.
Founders Circle members may receive exclusive recognition, special rewards, early access privileges, ambassador opportunities, leadership roles, and other benefits introduced in the future.
